How do I claim my $125 MyApartmentGuy.com Reward?

 

 

MyApartmentGuy must be able to confirm your registration and use of the MyApartmentGuy.com website. MyApartmentGuy will search your account to make sure you have viewed the property using the website before you signed the lease and submitted your claim form in order for you to claim your $125 reward.

 

The property you viewed at MyApartmentGuy.com must be offering cash back through MyApartmentGuy on the date that you signed a lease. Because a property may discontinue any listing on MyApartmentGuy.com at any time, the $125 reward offer if only available for 30 days after the property has given notice to cancel their MyApartmentGuy.com listing.

 

You must write "MyApartmentGuy.com" on any referral space provided and clearly on the lease application for the property indicating that you found the property solely through MyApartmentGuy.com and no other source. An added way to provide this information is to present the property with the “MyApartmentGuy.com Coupon” provided on the website. This must be done in conjunction with writing MyApartmentGuy.com as the referral source on the lease application.

 

You must have signed a new lease on the property that is at least 180 days in length. The lease must be in your name and you must be listed as an occupant. You must have moved into the property before MyApartmentGuy will distribute the $125 reward.

 

You must notify MyApartmentGuy through the MyApartmentGuy.com “Claim My Reward” section that you have rented the property within 60 days of signing the lease.

 

The property has to confirm that you located the property through MyApartmentGuy.com before the $125 reward will be distributed.

 

Only one person may claim the $125 reward per lease. In the event multiple requests are made, the first request received and confirmed will be accepted and all other requests will be declined.

 

You are not eligible for the $125 reward if you are renewing a lease or you have previously lived at the property or a related property, which is defined by being owned or managed by the same company or owner of property you have previously lived.

 

You are not eligible for the $125 reward if you are a current or former employee of the property or a related property owned or managed by the same person or company; or you were referred to the property by a resident of the property or another apartment locator service.

 

The $125 reward offer may be terminated or amended at any time. If your request for the $125 reward is received before the offer is terminated or amended then MyApartmentGuy.com will honor the request if all other terms and conditions are met.

 

If you meet all the terms and conditions and have provided us with all requested information, you will receive your cash back in the form of a Visa® Gift Card, which will take approximately 6-8 weeks from submission of your claim from your move-in date or the day you report your lease, whichever is later.
