Each time MyApartmentGuy.com produces a new lease for you, you pay MyApartmentGuy.com a referral fee of $375. Its that simple, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

There is no charge for the client, "you", to list your property on MyApartmentGuy.com. You are required to pay MyApartmentGuy.com the specified "Lease Referral Fee" for each "Reported Lease", which is defined as a situation where a Renter locates your property on MyApartmentGuy.com, signs a lease agreement, moves into the property, and reports that lease to MyApartmentGuy.com. The Lease Referral Fee is $375 per Reported Lease that is for 90 days or longer. You must pay the Lease Referral Fee for such Reported Lease within 30 days of the date on which the Renter reports the lease or the Renter's move-in, whichever comes later. MyApartmentGuy.com will send an invoice to you for the Lease Referral Fee which you will be required to pay per the terms of the invoice. The Lease Referral Fee must be paid within thirty 30 days or interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. In the event of a change in property management or if the property is sold, you are obligated to notify MyApartmentGuy.com within 10 days after the management change or sale. You will remain liable for all Lease Referral Fees associated with Reported Leases after such management change or sale unless you, the new property manager, or owner updates MyApartmentGuy.com with the proper information. The agreement can be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. In the event our Agreement is terminated, you will remain liable for all Lease Referral Fees associated with Reported Leases for 30 days after the effective date of such termination. If the original term for the Reported Lease is 90 days or less, or if the Renter breaks the terms of the Reported Lease within 90 days of the start of the lease period, then the Lease Referral Fee will be reduced to $200. You will be required to show evidence of a broken lease if such is the reason for the Lease Referral Fee reduction. The difference between the Lease Referral Fee paid by the Property for such Reported Lease and the reduced Lease Referral Fee shall be added toward future Lease Referral Fees and counted as a positive balance. In the event that no future Lease Referral Fees are charged, MyApartmentGuy.com shall have no obligation to return any portion of the Lease Referral Fee. You and the company you represent will indemnify and hold harmless MyApartmentGuy from any claims, demands, and damages in the event that you have a dispute with any of MyApartmentGuy's other property owners, management companies, or renters. You acknowledge and understand that MyApartmentGuy is not acting as a broker, salesperson, or property manager for any party in any lease transaction from any renter who may find the your property through the MyApartmentGuy service. By agreeing you represent that the "Large Property Terms and Conditions" does not violate any listing or advertising arrangement that you may have with any other party.
You further authorize MyApartmentGuy to publish information about the rental terms and conditions of any property you register. MyApartmentGuy is not accountable for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of property information. All information you list will comply with all federal, state and local fair housing laws, regulations and ordinances. You authorize MyApartmentGuy to obtain addtional property information from publicly available sources including but not limited to your corporate website as well as by contacting each specific property. You agree to make such information available in a timely manner, and once posted, agree to provide MyApartmentGuy with any changes in such information. You hereby consent to receive communication from MyApartmentGuy in the form of emails, faxes, phone calls, and letters during this Agreement. By agreeing to the, "Large Property Terms and Conditions", you are certifying yourself as having the authority to make such agreement by the Property you represent. |
