Agreement to All Terms Listed on MyApartmentGuy.com

By you, the user, accessing or registering on this website you agree to the Terms of Use in the Privacy Policy, the Equal Housing Opportunity Policy, the Cash Back Terms, the Advertising Policy, any other terms and conditions posted on MyApartmentGuy.com, and any other written agreement between you and us. For all new users modified terms will take effect immediately. For previous users all modified terms will take effect 30 days after they are posted on the MyApartmentGuy.com

License to MyApartmentGuy

When you, the user, give information to MyApartmentGuy, you grant a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, nonexclusive right and license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute and reproduce all such materials in any form, media, software or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future. User also agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MyApartmentGuy from and against any claims or costs, including but no limited to attorneys' fees, arising from the use or distribution of those materials. MyApartmentGuy may remove any content that it deems inappropriate or unlawful at any time.

Validity of Information

You, the user, agree that all of the information you have provided to MyApartmentGuy, whether online or otherwise, is accurate and complete. Property Managers shall be responsible for the information submitted in the Property advertisements, and shall be solely liable for assuring that such advertisements are accurate and up to date.

Renter User Specific Terms

By registering on www.MyApartmentGuy.com, you the user agree that you satisfy the following requirements: A) User does not have an agreement or contract with any Real Estate Licensed professional, B) User agrees that MyApartmentGuy has the right to request confirmation of lease agreement by receiving a copy of user’s lease documentation, C) User certifies that user is of legal age to enter into a legally binding lease and contract, D) User understands that MyApartmentGuy is not legally or otherwise responsible for claims or warranties made by any property on MyApartmentGuy.com, and E) User is accessing MyApartmentGuy.com for the sole purpose of finding an apartment and will not use it for commercial use.

License to User

MyApartmentGuy grants license the renter user to print materials from MyApartmentGuy.com for the sole use of finding a qualified apartment. This license is granted to the renter user with the understanding that the materials from MyApartmentGuy will not be modified in any way and all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices are reproduced as they appear in any such materials.

Hardware or Software use on Website
User agrees that user will not without prior permission use any hardware, software, or machine which includes but is not limited to spiders, robots, and fishing devices that will interfere with the functioning of MyApartmentGuy.com. Any unauthorized use of any device which may impede the functioning of MyApartmentGuy.com is strictly prohibited.

Services Provided

MyApartmentGuy reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or modify any service provided by MyApartmentGuy to the user without notice to the user. MyApartmentGuy accepts no liability to any user if or when said terminations, discontinuations, or modifications occur. MyApartmentGuy will do its best to provide ample notice but is not obligated in any way.

MyApartmentGuy Indemnification

User agrees as a condition of use of MyApartmentGuy.com to indemnify and hold harmless MyApartmentGuy from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, and damages arising from claims, warranties, errors, or ommissions made on MyApartmentGuy.com. By using this website you, the user, agree that if a dispute should arise the user will notify MyApartmentGuy, LLC 30 days before taking legal action for the purpose of arbitration without incurring legal fees. The method of arbitration shall be agreed upon by both MyApartmentGuy, LLC and the user. MyApartmentGuy will make every effort to provide true and accurate information at all times.
